Changing lives through the Good News of Jesus Christ

God’s Love as a Song - Psalm 150

By Neville Jephcote on 23 March 2025 at Morning Service with Communion on Zoom

Two of our musicians sang the psalm as a chant, then Neville begins his talk by reading it again. He reminds us that King David danced (although not everyone liked him doing so) and joyful expression of praise to God is found throughout the bible, but we British are often reluctant to let ourselves go.
He gives the purpose of praising God, why we praise God, how, where and when, then challenges us to consider whether praising God characterizes our lives? Does praise go out of the window when we experience challenges or do we focus on God and trust Him?
