Colin speaks of his family with no Christian faith, his experiences of meeting Christians at school and in Christian youth club, the influence of a book ‘Prison to Praise’ by Merlin Carruthers, being baptised in his youth, attending house church, being ‘baptised in the Holy Spirit’, release from occult influences and yet, not following God’s clear call. His wilderness years followed. He returned to God in later years and has attended this church for many of those. He mentions a bible verse in 1 Thessalonians that meant a lot to him.
