This section in the Acts of the Apostles shows Paul speaking from under guard in Rome to the local Jewish leaders. His compulsion to preach the gospel is a challenge to us to do so whatever our circumstances. Paul explained from scripture, he didn’t force people, he let the evidence and the Holy Spirit work and some believed, others didn’t.
Ben shows that we are to go where people are, to listen to them, to explain and aim to light a spark of interest in their hearts and minds. We also need to listen to God and to do our best.
